[LR] [BLOCKING] Can't create a test case with "create test case from header" #2416

Hello,

We can't create test case using header. It works with the simplified test case creation but not with the test case creation from header.

Indeed, application list, test folder list, labels list and other data aren't loaded in the select.

Can you please check ?
