Tooltip with "Why we want to know..." not functioning on mobile

My bad for not having reflected this in designs.

On mobile, the tooltip should be displayed on tap as a non-full screen modal with close button.

It's a safari bug, on android works as a regular tooltip. We can try fixing it just for safari and not implementing a modal. What do you think about that?

Update: checked again and it began working on safari also. But after refreshing the page stopped working again...

Tooltip (behaviour) is never ideal on mobile, so it would be a little better to implement it (we will need the component for different things in the future potentially), but sure, until we know if the project grows, fixing the bug on Safari would be far better than nothing:)) We know a lot of moms came just with phones and surely there's untrivial amount of them with iPhones/Safari (didn't check with GA though).
