Context:

  1. Data Portal started out using Gatsby as a quick way to build a POC. Now that we're shipping a full fledged SPA with interactions, with the needs for an FE server for CSP and potential SSR down the road, we need a different solution. This is where Next.js comes into play!

DoD:

  1. Get DP to run on Next.js with all the current features working
  2. Deployed to dev, staging, and prod in ECS

Moving this back to product backlog, since it's blocked by Happy Path's ECS migration for staging and prod environments!
