1.7.2应该是还没有打包，正常的包名应该是像1.7.1一样，以tgz结尾。chaosblade-operator-1.7.1.tgz
我之前也遇到这问题，可以直接安装1.7.1版本，但1.7.1版本有一个cgroups load failed, cgroups: cgroup deleted问题，也是由于打的包版本太低导致
