Update code examples in HPC Carpentries entry for Chapel

The idea is to test and update any of the code blocks in https://www.hpc-carpentry.org/hpc-chapel/. Ideally, there would be a test subdirectory in the Chapel repository and a PR (or PRs) to HPC carpentries to make any needed fixes.
