Playdux should have full-featured devtools, similar to redux devtools, integrated in the Unity editor.

Time travel debugging
Hot loading?
Replay
Display current state in tree view
View action history
View diff of state at any point (https://github.com/ValeraT1982/ObjectsComparer might be useful for generating diffs).

Playdux devtools can be implemented as a SideEffector, so this issue depends on #3
Should Playdux devtools be a separate git repo?
