Sorting within stacked datasets

Hello, I've been using chart.js for a while now, and It's really great!
Please see below my example stacked chart:

My goal is to sort each column by the highest value.
In the example above, in "February", Alice should sit at the base, below Bob.
I've tried a couple of things but no one worked so far, can you help me?

This is my example dataset

        'January',
        'February',
        'March',
