Deprecate current scheduling features

Version 7 of the audit cookbook allows user to define specific audit run schedules. With V8, we are simplifying the approach by using the job scheduling mechanism from Automate. Therefore a built-in mechanism is not required anymore. If customers still require that feature, they need to implement that feature in their wrapper cookbook going forward.
