fsl: eddy (optional outputs)

Minor issue since we would have the eddy output directory to grab the files, but would be nice to be able to easily grab outputs for cnr_maps and / or residuals if those boolean flags are True. Don't remember what those files are named at the moment, but it makes use of the output prefix that is provided to the command.
