CMake Error at test/CMakeLists.txt:22 (message) : OpenCV compiled without support for ts! Can not compile tests.

I meet this problem while executing :

cmake -DWITH_TESTS=ON -DWITH_TOOLS=ON -DWITH_SAMPLES=ON -DWITH_JNI_BINDINGS=ON ..
and the current directory is under the build folder. I don't know how to solve it.
