Chisel Related Workshop

The CCC is a nice and informal meeting of Chisel users and developers. Maybe there is also room for a more traditional workshop, including published papers and a normal review process.

We could attach this workshop to a design automation conference, e.g., DAC or DATE, and start with a single-day event. Later, if successful, we can always move to a standalone several-day event. I also assume that we need to define it a bit broader and invite submissions that are not directly related to Chisel. The theme could be around modern languages and compilers for digital design and verification. Or learning from SW development and test for digital design and verification.
