Git cloned try test file see many not found

Hi,
I have cloned the code and installed all the listed dependencies. When try the test file I got many error like below:
sh: 1999: xEG#LL1NSroQhncre46yjH4XzB39JsMfjq38VJeBv45u8rT7cKtpLrb65zK5849L: not found
sh: 2000: IyEvYmluL2Jhc2gKIyMjIyMjIyMjIyMjIyMjIyMgIFNVQlNDUklQVElPTiBCRUdJTiAgIyMjIyMj: not found
I guess it may have something to do with the blast package. I tried to reinstall the blast 2.11.0 but it remains.

since I was not able to run MSSPE pipeline too, I tried rewriting the code as a NextFlow pipeline. You can find the code here. Feel free to test it and let me know if you find any bugs or if there are any improvements that can be made.
