Is Your Feature Request Related To A Problem? Please describe.

This repository will be used to house all the of the Astro dependencies needed to install on other projects. Currently, this repo is empty, and needs filled with things.

Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

We need to add:

  • A package.json and yarn.lock that will contain all the packages needed by Astro
  • Possibly other files to use as a framework to start on a new project
