[Feature] Add custom CMS for Uses page

Description

Uses page is hard coded in. I want to be able to make updates without having to deploy the site along with pulling images (if any) from cloudinary.

Either use an existing CMS, like Sanity or build my own.

Acceptance Criteria

• A CMS that holds all data for the uses page including current setup picture
• When the CMS updates the /uses page will show updates without having to re-deploy and build the project
