Hi, it would be cool to have an easy telegram implementation for the bot.
That means, the user can configure if he wants to be notified about a Buy order / Sell order of a certain pair and even daily reports of gains and loss, helping him to track his performance.

Hello @marcfusch
It is similar to #106 which is planned to use Apprise for sending notifications.
Once Apprise implemented, it can be improved later for notification configurations.
