CSSWG added the following resolution(s):

  • RESOLVED: All 'display' values other than 'none' or 'contents' on '::backdrop' compute to 'block'.

CSSWG added the following resolution(s):

  • RESOLVED: backdrop is a tree abiding element. It's tree is a sibling of the root tree. It inherits from its originating element
  • RESOLVED: backdrop does not have a before and after
