Add property for categories

Motivation: capturing Foursquare place categories like "sandwich spot". Schema.org's approach is to try to enumerate subtypes of Things (ie types under Place hierarchy) but this doesn't cleanly map to third-party sources.

Schema.org has these properties which are relevant but quite it:

• keywords (but range is strings)
• additionalType
