Master ticket for tracking potential per-attribute metadata.

  1. Unique identifier (to allow selection of and changes to a single email address from a list of email addresses)
  2. Version definition (student v1 does not include Continuing Ed students but student v2 does)
  3. Last modified time
  4. Release policy (public, campus only, etc)
  5. Source/provenance (SIS, HR, self service, etc)
  6. Calculated flag (indicating attribute is a result of a calculation and can't be directly changed)
  7. Assurance

Isn't this basically a dupe of #2 ?

If we add '7. Assurance', then yes, this covers everything in #2 plus unique identifier. I propose we close #2
