popup for feature properties #1

If a feature has fields in the properties object e.g:

{
  "type": "Feature",
  "geometry": {
    "type": "Point",
    "coordinates": [125.6, 10.1]
  },
  "properties": {
    "name": "Dinagat Islands"
  }
}

the rendered map should have a popup including the feature properties (perhaps make this optional based on a param).
