Custom copyrights are not being imported properly on the New Project Wizard

Defect reported within the New Project Wizard where copyrights are not being imported properly when selecting the custom copyright template option.

Steps to Reproduce

Step 1:

Created a new CIMTool workspace

Step 2:

Created a new CIMTool Project

Step 3:

Select Multi-line copyright – none

Step 4:

Select Single-line copyright – imported custom copyright template

Outcome:

When finished with the new Project wizard; viewed the copyright files within the CIMTool Workspace for the new project

.copyright-multi-line file is empty (as expected)

.copyright-single-line file contains the UCA single line copyright rather than the copyright that was imported and shown in the earlier screen capture
