Improve logging to contain ids

May be something of a joint effort:

it seems like often, when things go either right or wrong in watchman, watchman doesn't log out the ids of the entities its dealing with. This can make it difficult to deal with issues; for example, I can't really track down why watchman might "Fail to increase campaign budget" if I don't have the id of the campaign or anything.

I feel like when in doubt, it's better to err on the side of caution when it comes to logging and log out as many relevant ids as you can.
