Would like to discuss something with you, About China and human rights. #16
Comments
Hi zeptoTantalum,
Impossible to answer like any question that involves human perception. My studies in AI have taught me that it is equally impossible to answer questions such as:
It all comes down to an unexplainable gut feeling.
Ideally each country should be responsible for the whole world. In practice however governments only represent its own people, and people are selfish, and so countries end up representing its own people more than others. |
I would like to think that the people should be responsible for their government. |
Hi, Glad to see you~
I hope that I could discuss something about China and human rights with you.
I have noticed some people living in China against you in GitHub issues. I don't agree with them, but I do know people have similar opinions in my real life. As far as I know, they actually do have a theory and corresponding evidences, which I don't think possible to rebut. Thus, I would like to explain what I have learned from them by asking you a few questions, I don't know if you could accept that.
Here are the first 2 questions:
Do you think human rights are quantifiable, seperatable, and additive? If not, how could we measure the human right status of a country?
Do you think that the government of a country should be and only be responsible for its citizen?
