Add Licensing Information to HTML Report

💡 Summary

Add the licensing Information into the report produced by ScubaGear from the json.

Motivation and context

This was brought up as a feature request from CISA, originally epic 466, which is now split into smaller subtasks.

Implementation notes

A few different ways to implement depending on preference:

• Add the licensing information table in the home page of the report
• Add the licensing information in its own section where you click for the licensing information similar to viewing baseline reports

Acceptance criteria

Must be able to do the following to consider this issue as completed:

• Display the number of licenses used
• Display total number of licenses available for the tenant

Setting status to blocked until the G3 test tenant expired license is resolved so this issue's fix can be tested against that level prior to merge.
