In Google Workspace Admin Console, there is a new setting allowing admins to require there data to be processed in the same region where the data at rest is stored. This will be a "SHALL" Policy.

Also updating the implementation steps for Common Control 15.1

Implementation Steps were already corrected.

The Policy and implementation steps have been created. Waiting on the Drift Rule and TTP Mappings for the policy.
