Add roumours section

Sentiment will be a subjective "for fun only" retention tool. Idea is to collect data from users.
In rumors, user can choose name and press start. Add sentiment scale, before start pressed, which can be collected as data.
Scale from 1 - 10. Or pick one. Questions should change.
"How do you feel about the market today"
"POW or POS"
Sentiment can be a seperate left menu tool, which will present user subjective charts

• create chat rooms. one particular one for bvc (self hosted baremetal chat)
• links on page, to ipfs serve with docs, etc
