Cant ./configure in CentOS 07 #231

I run the build command (for protobuf-c-devel). It installs everything, including protobuf (2.5.0).

However, whenever I try and ./configure (after I run ./autogen.sh) it gives me the error (shown above).

I cant seem to download the protobuf 2.6 either
