ATD Cameras don't display consistently.

Even when the camera_image is available in our database, they won't show up on ctxfloods frontend. This seems to only happen sometimes. Here's an image that was in our backend, but not our frontend:

This might be a bug occurring because of a DNS migration that happened recently. Its on our backlog to investigate but also raising this issue to @johnclary.

It would seem that the image URLs are available so long as you're not on a City of Austin network (wired or wireless), otherwise you get a 404 or 504 error.

I thought this issue was unique to our new Cameron Rd. location, where we're experiencing connection issues with a number of COA resources.

@Niicck i'm curious, can you reach this ADFS service when experiencing this issue?

yup, works for me on my home wifi network.

it also works on wifi at our Barton Oaks office, but not on the wired network. so, yeah, go figure. i'll escalate to CTM.

I think the issue I'm experiencing might be a problem with my own code. Because the bug happens inconsistently, even from the Faulk Public Library wifi. On Tuesday they didn't display on the frontend, but I could view the images if I went to the link address manually. And today they do display on the frontend.

@johnclary Hi John. Testing this issue at OTC. The ATD cameras are not visible for us. But, we are able to download the ADFS XML from the same office.
