Does this also support Client Contact ID?

Hi,

I have a use case where we need to send an email out which has a link to a webform. Clicking on this link should open the webform with a particular case loaded which means we will have pass client contact ID and the case ID appended to the webform URL.

CaseID is currently present as a token in the core (although in the send email modal - we are raising a separate PR to core for this fix), Client Contact ID is not present as a token. Happy to send a PR to get this added here if this is the right place?
