Could not connect to DataPusher

CKAN version 2.10.1

Steps to reproduce

1. Installed DataStore extension (https://docs.ckan.org/en/2.8/maintaining/datastore.html), tested till step 3 curl -X GET "http://0.0.0.1:5000/api/3/action/datastore_search?resource_id=_table_metadata"

Output:
