7th developer preview release

At the beginning of February, we issued the first release since the end of November. It contained the result of two iterations so make sure to check out the release notes!

8th iteration in progress

In the current iteration we're closing tasks which didn't make for the 7th developer preview and, of course, we started some new things, following the Roadmap to 1.0.0.

• The release tools made another round of review and refactoring and are on review again. We're still looking for the best release process of all our packages and let's hope that this is the final version of it :).
• The translation service is on the final review. We were struggling to finish the integration with Webpack due to incomplete documentation, but in the end, we succeeded, so the output bundle can finally be localised. Also, we're thinking now on bringing this functionality to Rollup.
• We began work on the inline editor creator.
• We introduced more engine debugging tools, important when stabilising the Operational Transformation logic.
• We began work on implementing the Message quote feature.
• We fixed the ugly issue when space typed at the end of a block will remain   after you type more text. (https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor5-typing/issues/68).
• Having image caption support on review, we're working on integrating nested editables with the rest of the features [1] [2].
• We introduced Selection#getSelectedBlocks() and started using it in existing features in order to better integrate them with the schema.
• We introduced Selection#changeDone event to improve performance of features watching the selection.

The plan for the next week is to close all the mentioned tasks and release the new version.
