In Chrome on http://tests.ckeditor.dev:1030/build/modules/amd/tests/link/link.

It's either something like https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor5-engine/issues/535 or a problem with rendering a selection in some link related case. In both cases it must be checked.
