Provide a description of the task

It's a continuation of #17329.

While it works fine with ckeditor5-dev, CKEditor 5 nightly is still affected.

Another idea to verify:

  • decrease concurrency (from 4 to 2),
  • decrease timeout from 15s to 10s,
  • hide all logs from npm publish as CI messes up Listr's output.
