Ability to alter version string at runtime

Hello, from what I understood there isn't a way to alter the version string, not a way to set it at runtime, in case the version isn't known at compile time.
This could be helpful for application, depending on dynamic libraries, that might want to print their version also in long_version etc...
Maybe an alternative solution would be the ability to custom handle actions.

If you mean that version requires &'static str, then run cargo add clap -F string.
