Handling captive portal responce

There are several WiFi hotspots provided by public places requiring log in the captive portal page, however, with this extension the browser have to waiting for a long time before I can access such portal. With this support the browser will access the portal quickly.

Perhaps hardcode an exception to http://detectportal.firefox.com/? That's what Firefox uses to check for captive portals.
