Change extension shortcut for Windows - it conflicts with a default browser shortcut #11

Problem:
ctrl+J is default in Windows Chrome for opening the downloads page. I know I can change it myself on the extensions page, but you might want to change it by default to accommodate those users.

By default Ctrl+J opens the downloads page on Linux (Ubuntu) as well.

You beat me to my own bug! Thanks man, had a bunch of things come up yesterday so I wasn't able to get back to it.

Here's a link to the keyboard shortcuts in Chrome for all OS's. If you expand every section then you can ctrl+f to see if a shortcut is already taken.
