- Simplify 'example' extension
- Add circumvention module and entry-point in cosmetics injection
- Clean-up cjs and esm bundles
- Remove obsolete logic to override user-agent in content-script
- Simplify travis config (using new pre* hooks)
- Consolidate 'fetch' module (with metadata about lists)
