GMOs. GMOs are very nice for genetically modifying plants to make them bigger, more plump, more tastier, and all other kinds of nice features. But adding GMOs makes the whole "organic" topic go poof which may make certain customers not buy your products. But at the same time, you could attract more customers with your genetically superior crops. It's a double edged sword.

Technically nature genetically modifies food all the time through selective breeding. Genetic engineering just speeds up the process in a controlled way.

I would love to do this with the elements feature from the Minecraft: Education Edition! Sadly it uses an entirely different engine and the Minecraft Java Edition does not include them.
