We list all brokered services on https://cloud.gov. We will need to document the new SMTP brokerpak, including:

Available plans and parameters
- The CSB generates has a nicely formatted documentation page for its brokerpaks. We should figure out how to link to this from the site.
Security configuration
- This is more narrative and will need to be written on the existing docs site.
