Describe the Bug

Right now some of the framework creation cli's include their own git support with different commit messages. It would be nice to have a consistent git commit & message for all frameworks. If framework creation scripts initialize a git repo, make sure the result is committed, then add another commit.

The initial commit should include:

• The version of C3 that was used
• The list of args and flags used
• The version of create-{framework} script that was used (where applicable)
• The workers template that was was used (where applicable)
