  • follow on from Limit lists to a certain number of entities #2961
  • Need to ensure
    • Blue bar loading indicator displays when first loading, changing non-local page, changing maxed list filters
    • Refresh button spins only when list is loading following a refresh (note - after refresh page changes to zero, should not show blue bar loading indicator)
  • Requires change of isRefreshing to only execute after user hits the button
