'Register an endpoint' arrow misaligned #3519

Loading

normally fine, but when sticky session is enabled the arrow is missaligned
need to dynamically place arrow given sticky session state

Update: The arrow will be reviewed by the UX team and may go away in the future, best to leave this one until that decision has been made
