Deploy app from Github repo only shows branches from a-e in dropdown

Only branches in alphabetical order beginning with letter in the range a-e are shown in the dropdown for branch selection for the chosen repository. It does not appear to be possible to enter the desired branch manually.

This is also an issue on v2-master. Using cloudfoundry-incubator/stratos in the project field will show the issue.

Hm, for me it seems that a limited number of branches is loaded only. Like 20 ... Can this be made so that all of them are loaded or a specific one can be searched for?
Tested on SUSE CAP.

We used https://developer.github.com/v3/repos/branches/#list-branches for fetch branches, it looks like this has a limit of 30 - https://developer.github.com/v3/guides/traversing-with-pagination/#basics-of-pagination.
Options...

1. De-paginate response as per CF requests (see 'link' field in response header)
2. Switch branches control to use same process as repo (type to filter drop down values).
