Improve view that shows details for a metrics endpoint

Improve the view you get when you click on a Metrics endpoint. If that endpoint served metadata about which endpoints it provides data for, then the view should show these and indicates which are currently registered in Stratos.

This will make it easier to see when there is an issue due to mis-configuration.
