Change recent activity icon to avoid confusion with the refresh button #4346

The icons for list refresh and recent activity both contain a refresh style circular arrow that can be confusing
There's an additional circular arrow like icon (backup/restore) on the endpoint page
These should be updated so it's clear which is refresh

Closed via #4352, less confusion with refresh & recent. Backup/restore now looks alright against recent
