Metrics: Metrics detail page can show two endpoint cards if URLs have trailing slash #4528

On the metrics details page, it can show one endpoint as recognised and one as not - the difference being a trailing slash in the URL.

This happens if the endpoint is registered with a URL without a slash, but metrics was deployed with a URL that contains a trailing slash.
