cdnjs 在国内访问比较慢，可以考虑使用在大陆访问良好的 jsdelivr
比如 MathJax.js 对应在 jsdelivr 的地址为
https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/mathjax@2.7.5/unpacked/MathJax.min.js
