Cmder.exe not opening on Windows 7 SP 1 #240

Just downloaded and extracted the full install of cmder into my Program Files folder, but when I attempt to run "cmder.exe" nothing happens. The loading cursor flashes for a split second, then nothing happens.

"dllhost.exe" also momentarily appears on the process list before disappearing.

What happens when you unzip it to your documents or desktop, does it run correctly then?
