This is an extension of CMU-Cambridge Language Modeling Toolkit
Version 2 originally developed by Roni Rosenfeld and Phillip Clarkson.
It is co-developed by (in alphabetical order) Alan Black, Arthur Chan,
David Huggins-Daines.
The authors of this extension have the written permission of all the
original authors for continuing the development of the toolkit.
The source code of the current extension is released under two
different licenses.
The portion of the code which is inherited from Version 2 is released
