Mentor success stories

During #1024, a "Success stories" section was added as a draft.

We need to fill that content.

This will help with growing the mentorship programs by attracting more mentors.

This task is basically about:

• Interviewing 1-2 mentors who have benefited themselves from mentoring people
• Build a success story based on the interview
• Publishing the success story in our repository

The interview can be something like:

• Introduction:
  • Introduce the CNCF and its involvement in mentorship programs
  • Importance of mentorship in open-source
• Mentor introduction:
  • Mentor introduction
  • Mentor's mentorship introduction (project, etc.)
• Inspiration:
  • What was mentor's inspiration?
  • How does mentoring alignment with personal and professional goals?
• Experience:
  • What was the initial expectations?
  • Challenges and resolutions
  • Achievements / memorable moments
• Benefits of mentoring:
  • Learnt new skills?
  • Acquired new perspectives?
    Community aspect:
  • Impact on the community
• Mentee aspect
  • Impact on mentees
• Advice for future mentors:
  • Should folks do mentoring?
  • Advice for less experienced mentors
• Future plans
  • Continue mentoring?

@Srishtihere would you be interested in conducting such a survey and writing the success story?
We should first create a Google doc with possible questions, interview format and the success story format though.
