cockroachdb/cockroach#71248 --- Release note (security update): Multitenant SQL servers now reuse the tenant client certificate (client-tenant.NN.crt) for SQL-to-SQL communication. Existing deployments must regenerate the certificates with dual purpose (client and server authentication).
